TUCKERALLEN LEGACY PROTECTION PLAN

The goal of any estate plan is to have clear, tailored, and thorough terms that later result in a smooth administration, allowing your assets pass to your beneficiaries as you intended. Just as your home requires maintenance or your budget and retirement plans require review, you should regularly review your estate plan. The purpose of this guided review is to confirm that your plan’s terms reflect your situation and preferences and that no changes to the law, including the Internal Revenue Code, necessitate any modifications.

The TuckerAllen Legacy Protection Plan is the best way to ensure that you continue to receive the support of the entire TuckerAllen team, throughout the funding process of your trust and beyond. Your membership allows you to minimize and, in some cases, eliminate expenses in making future changes to your plan. The included annual meeting with your attorney is just the beginning of your benefits!

Membership Benefits:

  • Unlimited access to our dedicated funding help desk for review and advice on beneficiary designation forms
  • One complimentary review meeting each year with a TuckerAllen attorney to identify and discuss any changes to your estate plan and funding (up to 2 hours of attorney time).
  • Complimentary agent, trustee, or beneficiary name changes to your TuckerAllen estate planning documents (includes powers of attorney, will, and a trust amendment).
  • Complimentary entity or percentage changes to beneficiaries of will or trust (includes trust amendment or new will).

Your firm presented information clearly. I felt that you truly had the best interests of my mother in mind. You offered resources other than legal so that my mother would be provided with the best possible care.
