We’ll create a complete, personalized estate plan that meets your needs and reflects all your wishes. We’ll post the drafts on our password-protected portal on the TuckerAllen website. Just review at your convenience and provide us any feedback.
Implementing Your Plan
When you’re happy with the drafts, simply come in, sign them and leave with copies of your estate plan in hand. And complete peace of mind.

Third-Party Supplemental Needs TrustUnlike the Special Needs Will and Trust Packages, a Third-Party Supplemental Needs Trust is not an estate plan. Instead, it is a trust set up specifically to benefit an individual with special needs by a third party (often a friend or family member). It is structured to make assets available to the special needs individual without rendering them ineligible for public benefit programs such as Medicaid and supplemental security income (SSI). | $2,250 |

Terms and Conditions of TuckerAllen’s 12-Month, Interest-Free Payment Plan
- The annual percentage rate is 0%.
- A 25% down payment is due upon your signing an engagement letter with us.
- The remaining balance is due in equal monthly installments over 12 months.
- The first monthly installment is due the first full calendar month after your documents are signed.
- Each monthly payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on or about the 15th of each calendar month.
- There is no prepayment penalty.
- There are no finance charges or other fees applied to the balance.
