Start With a Initial Consultation

This conversation should only take about an hour. It is free for estate planning matters.  There is no preparation necessary, and you are not required to bring anything with you.  However, it may be helpful to bring the following:

  • If you are married and making a joint estate plan, we recommend both of you attend to make decisions together.
  • If you currently have estate planning documents not prepared by TuckerAllen, it is easier if you bring these with you!
  • If you own a home and have a copy of your deed, please bring it with you. We will discuss options for preventing your home from ending up in probate!

Our fees for estate planning are fixed and published — there are no surprises.
