TuckerAllen attorney Thomas A. McCarthy has been appointed as Associate Circuit Court Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit, covering the City of St. Louis. He is preceded by the Honorable Scott Millikan.
A lifelong resident of St. Louis City, Tom is dedicated to serving his community. Prior to joining TuckerAllen, Tom earned valuable trial experience in his roles as an associate attorney for a large civil defense firm, as an assistant prosecuting attorney for St. Louis County, and as a city counselor for St. Louis City.
