Elder Law Group Practice Leader Christine A. Alsop has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) – Greater St. Louis Chapter. The APDA’s mission is to “provide the support, education, and research that will help everyone impacted by Parkinson’s disease live life to the fullest.” Christine’s appointment to this Board continues her commitment to the elderly and the disabled in our community.
Christine has extensive experience in elder law, advocacy, and litigation. Christine has dedicated the last 15 years of her 28-year career to elder law and serving as an advocate for her clients. She represents institutional and individual fiduciaries, as well as family members, in contested probate, trust, guardianship, conservatorship, and fiduciary litigation matters. Additionally, she has a depth of knowledge in numerous elder law and special needs planning practice areas, including Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, veterans benefits, asset protection, estate planning, and special needs trust.
